CHSq
CHSq, short for Custom House Square, is an outdoor music festival held each summer in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on a public square beside the city's waterfront. The site had previously staged the Belsonic festival in 2014, and CHSq itself launched in 2017 as a new concert series on the same ground in the city centre.

About CHSq
The festival's outdoor site holds about 5,000 people per show and typically presents a run of single-headliner concert nights spanning rock, pop, indie rock and dance music, rather than one multi-stage bill. Acts that have headlined the square include Kasabian, George Ezra, Stiff Little Fingers, Carl Cox and Simple Minds.
The event has run annually each August since its 2017 launch, though it has faced occasional disruption, including scheduling difficulties in its first two years and at least one artist illness that forced a lineup change. Its format — a concentrated run of single-headliner outdoor concerts within a small city-centre footprint — distinguishes it from larger multi-day festivals staged outside Belfast.
CHSq continues to operate as one of Belfast's main outdoor concert programs each summer, drawing touring acts across rock, pop, indie rock and dance music to the city centre for single-night shows during the August festival window, rather than one weekend-long event with a shared bill.
