Kids Nutrition & Cooking Workshop at Intercollege, Nicosia

This free, hands-on workshop invites children aged 8 to 14 to explore healthy eating and cooking at Intercollege in Nicosia. Organised by ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets in collaboration with the Cyprus Dietetic and Nutrition Association, the event combines interactive nutrition games with a practical cooking session.

Guided by chef and ALPHAMEGA Brand Ambassador Christina Christofi, young participants don aprons and prepare creative, nutritious recipes. Before cooking, dietitians lead engaging activities on balanced nutrition. Each child receives a Certificate of Participation and gifts from ALPHAMEGA.

With limited places per group and an electronic draw if oversubscribed, early registration is essential. The workshop offers a fun, educational experience that empowers kids to make healthier food choices.
