Duelo, literatura y escritura automática

This workshop invites participants to explore grief through artistic expression. Drawing on literary and pictorial references, attendees will discover how art can channel feelings of loss. The session employs automatic and collective writing as tools to release emotions and transform the grieving process into a shared creative experience.

Led by psychologist Pablo Banski Martínez, participants can engage in a liberating process of adaptation through collaborative creation.
