Aldorande + Collettivo Immaginario

New Morning in Paris's 10th arrondissement hosts a double bill of European jazz-funk innovators. Aldorande, a French quintet known for their cosmic, sun-drenched sound blending analog keyboards, Brazilian influences, and seventies fusion energy, will perform tracks from their acclaimed 2025 album "Trois" on Favorite Recordings. Their live sets are built around long, collective crescendos and hypnotic grooves.

Joining them is Collettivo Immaginario, an Italian trio that fuses analog electronic textures, cinematic atmospheres, and improvisation. Their 2025 album "Oltreoceano" on Domanda Music features collaborations with Maylee Todd, Danilo Plessow, Mocky, Isaiah Collier, and Dwight Trible. The group has performed at prestigious international venues including Ronnie Scott's in London, Überjazz in Germany, and Jazz Re:found in Italy.
