BiblioCréation à Paris 18: Creative Bibliotherapy Workshops

BiblioCréation is a series of creative bibliotherapy workshops held at Belle Aura in Paris's 18th arrondissement. Each session invites participants to explore literary excerpts through sensory prompts and creative writing exercises, with no prior experience required.

The workshops are designed to reconnect attendees with the joy of reading, stimulate imagination, and provide a space for personal expression and authentic exchange. Every session is unique, using books as gateways to emotions, memories, and ideas.

Open to adults and teens aged 15 and up (minors must be accompanied by an adult), the experience offers a reflective and convivial pause from daily life. The atmosphere is described as a journey guided by a theme, where reading, speaking, and writing intertwine.
