The association NOUR invites everyone to a free yoga session at the Centre Sportif Jules Noël in Paris 14e. The 50-minute practice includes yoga postures and sequences, followed by 10 minutes of exchange and activities. No equipment is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

This inclusive class is open to children, youth, and adults, with free access for RSA recipients, homeless individuals, and asylum seekers. Others are welcome on a donation basis starting from €10. Registration is recommended to secure your spot, and a €1 membership fee applies.

The session is part of the summer swimming and leisure activities at the centre, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and movement in the heart of Paris.
