Cours de yoga parents/ enfants

This parent-child yoga class offers a unique opportunity to share a wellness moment together in the historic courtyard of the 11th arrondissement town hall. Led by the association Yoga Vision, the session is designed for all skill levels, combining adapted postures, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation time to strengthen family bonds while discovering the benefits of yoga.

The class takes place in the exceptional setting of the Mairie du 11e, a place rich in history at the heart of the arrondissement. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing; mats are provided on site, but attendees may bring their own for guaranteed availability. The event is free and open to the public, with entry subject to available space, and is part of the Paris en Seine 2026 summer program.
