Enfants sans Cancer 2026: Run for Childhood Cancer Research

On Sunday 27 September 2026, the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud will host the 15th edition of the solidarity race "Enfants sans Cancer," organized by the association Imagine for Margo. Participants can also join remotely via a live stream from anywhere. The event aims to raise funds for pediatric cancer research, the leading cause of death by disease among children in France and Europe.

Runners can choose from three courses: a 10 km run, a 5 km run or walk, and a 2 km walk. The atmosphere is festive, with a coach, music, and the presence of researchers, the association's godmother Sarah Ourahmoune, and other personalities. Each participant must collect a minimum of €200 in donations (€100 for minors/students) to validate their entry, with 100% of funds going directly to research programs.

Since its inception in 2012, the race has grown into one of the largest solidarity runs in France and Europe, with over 65,000 runners and more than €23 million allocated to research, funding 56 programs. The event honors the legacy of Margo, a 14-year-old girl who died of a brain tumor in 2010 and whose initial fundraising efforts inspired the association.
