Every Monday in July, Le Baiser Salé on Rue des Lombards hosts La Jam du Lundi, an evening of musical improvisation led by François Constantin. The night kicks off with a one-hour concert that sets the theme, then opens into a jam session where amateur and professional musicians alike take the stage, blending jazz, soul, swing, and electro into a spontaneous, ever-changing performance.

Set in the heart of Paris's Châtelet district, the venue offers a warm, Caribbean-inspired atmosphere with a bar and terrace serving cocktails.
