La Petite Ceinture dans le 12ème arr. 2026

Explore a hidden green corridor on a guided walk along a 1.7 km section of the Petite Ceinture, the former railway line that once circled Paris. This stretch, opened to the public in August 2019, now serves as a vital ecological corridor where wild vegetation thrives. Participants can spot wildlife such as kestrels and wall lizards, thanks to the proximity of the Bois de Vincennes, a biodiversity reservoir.

The walk is led by a guide-conférencier from the Ville de Paris and is part of the Nature à Paris programme. The meeting point is at the tram stop Alexandra David-Neel on Boulevard Soult. This urban nature experience offers a unique perspective on the city's industrial heritage transformed into a preserved natural space.
