Les ateliers créatifs du Paysan Urbain Paris : le programme de Mai

Overview

Every Saturday in July, Le Paysan Urbain Paris transforms its urban farm at 14 rue Stendhal into a hub of creative and wellness workshops for all ages. From guided farm tours and yoga sessions to cooking classes and tatakizomé (a Japanese hammered-leaf dyeing technique), the program offers a hands-on way to connect with nature in the heart of the 20th arrondissement.

Participants can explore the farm's lush greenery during free guided visits, unwind with morning yoga, or learn to prepare seasonal dishes in a cooking workshop. The tatakizomé sessions, available at two price points, let attendees create botanical prints on fabric using fresh leaves and hammers—a meditative craft rooted in tradition.

Whether you're a family looking for a weekend activity or an adult seeking a mindful escape, these workshops provide a unique urban nature experience. All materials are included, and the farm is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, visual, or mental disabilities.
