This workshop invites participants to create a personal "toolkit" of strategies—written thoughts, coping techniques—to use during difficult moments, moving beyond the pressure to always feel fine. Led by the C'JAAD (Centre d'évaluation pour les Jeunes Adultes et ADolescents), the session is part of the 37th edition of the Semaines d'information sur la santé mentale (SISM), themed "For our mental health, let's open up to the arts."
The hands-on workshop takes place at Bibliothèque Valeyre in the 9th arrondissement. It is designed for young people and adults aged 15 and up, with a focus on understanding complex situations and building resilience. The C'JAAD supports young Parisians aged 15–30 experiencing early psychological difficulties that affect daily life, making this a valuable opportunity for both personal growth and supporting loved ones.
