Paris Sportives

This free, week-long program offers women and teenage girls the chance to learn self-defense and jujitsu in a supportive outdoor setting. Sessions take place at the TEP Jesse Owens sports complex in the 18th arrondissement, providing a safe space to build confidence and practical skills.

Led by the Comité Paris Judo Jujitsu Kendo et Disciplines Associées, each session runs in the late afternoon, allowing participants to unwind and get active after their day. The initiative is part of the larger Paris Sportives series, which aims to make regular physical activity accessible to all women across the city.
