The Long Ryders Live in Leeds

The Long Ryders bring their distinctive blend of alternative country and Paisley Underground sound to Leeds for a special show. Formed in Los Angeles in the early 1980s, the band fused 1960s garage rock, folk, and country with a punk edge, anticipating the alt-country movement of the 1990s.

Attendees can expect a setlist drawing from their classic 1980s output and their 2019 comeback album, their first new studio release in 32 years. The current lineup features founding members Sid Griffin and Stephen McCarthy on vocals and guitar, alongside drummer Greg Sowders and bassist Tom Stevens, who joined in 1984.
