Hannah Peel & Beibei Wang: The Endless Dance

Hannah Peel and Beibei Wang bring their collaborative album *The Endless Dance* to Saint Luke's in Glasgow. The record, their first together, draws on the 24 solar terms of the Chinese calendar, blending synths and prepared piano with traditional and unconventional percussion. Peel, a Northern Irish producer and composer, and Wang, a Chinese percussionist based in London, create an imagined world through sound, informed by the flora and fauna of the seasons.

Attendees can expect a genre-defying performance that grew out of their work on Manchester Collective's 2023 album *NEON* and a fully improvised show at Kings Place in London. The duo's chemistry and artistic freedom translate into a live experience that is both grounded in ancient concepts and alive with the joy of play. Saint Luke's, a historic former church dating back to 1836, provides an atmospheric setting for this unique musical journey.
