This event celebrates the legacy of the CimaNorma chocolate factory, an industrial chocolate production company founded in 1903 in the Blenio Valley, Ticino. The factory complex, located at the entrance of the Val Soia, once employed hundreds of workers and manufactured all cocoa-related products, from chocolate powder to bars. Today, the site has been transformed into a cultural space by a foundation established in 2016, offering room for contemporary art creators.

Attendees can explore the historic factory grounds and learn about the valley's unique economic history, which was shaped by seasonal emigration and chocolate entrepreneurship.
