Just In Time

Just In Time is a jukebox musical that tells the story of American singer Bobby Darin, from his rise in the 1950s and 1960s to his enduring legacy. The show begins with the lead performer in 2025 before flashing back to Darin's early life in New York City, where he was raised by his grandmother Polly and older sister Nina despite a serious heart condition.

Attendees can expect an immersive experience at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre, which has been transformed into a nightclub-like destination with two stages, cabaret-style seating, and a big band on stage. The production features a cast of 16, including Jonathan Groff (later Jeremy Jordan) as Darin, alongside performers like Gracie Lawrence as Connie Francis and Erika Henningsen as Sandra Dee.

The musical includes iconic songs such as "Beyond the Sea," "Splish Splash," "Mack the Knife," and "Dream Lover," woven into a narrative that explores Darin's relationships and career. With direction by Alex Timbers and choreography by Shannon Lewis, the show offers a vibrant look at a legendary performer's life.
