Fiend
Fiend is an American rapper, born Richard Anthony Jones on May 13, 1976, in the Hollygrove neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. He began his recording career independently, releasing I Won't Be Denied in 1995, before signing to Master P's No Limit Records in 1997, where he joined the label's roster of Southern hip-hop artists during its late-1990s commercial peak.

About Fiend
His No Limit albums There's One in Every Family (1998) and Street Life (1999) reached number 8 and number 15 on the Billboard 200 respectively, with There's One in Every Family certified gold. He appeared as a featured guest on Snoop Dogg's "Woof" in 1998 and collaborated with Three 6 Mafia on "Touched Wit It" in 2000, extending his profile beyond his own No Limit releases.
After leaving No Limit Records in the early 2000s, Fiend continued releasing albums independently, including Can I Burn? (2000) and its sequel, Can I Burn? 2 (2003), both charting on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. In 2002, he co-founded the group Da Headbusaz alongside Three 6 Mafia members Juicy J and DJ Paul, broadening his collaborative work beyond the New Orleans scene, and he has also worked as a record producer.
Fiend signed to Curren$y's Jet Life Recordings in 2011 and continued releasing albums through the mid-2010s, blending guest appearances and independent projects with his earlier major-label catalog. His discography spans both major-label and independent releases, and he continues to be recognized as one of the founding voices of No Limit Records' late-1990s roster.
