Geese
Geese are an American rock band formed in 2016 in Brooklyn, New York, while its members were still in high school. The band's name comes from guitarist Emily Green's childhood nickname, "Goose." Its lineup consists of Cameron Winter (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Green (guitar), Dominic DiGesu (bass), and Max Bassin (drums), with Sam Revaz joining as a touring keyboardist; guitarist Foster Hudson departed the band in late 2023.

About Geese
The band has released four studio albums: A Beautiful Memory (2018), Projector (2021), 3D Country (2023), and Getting Killed (2025). Its music spans indie rock, art rock, post-punk, and experimental rock, with critics comparing Winter's vocals to Thom Yorke and Julian Casablancas and citing influences ranging from the Velvet Underground to Black Midi. Getting Killed was named album of the year for 2025 by both Stereogum and The New Yorker and appeared on numerous other year-end lists.
Geese began as an informal basement project before evolving into a touring act with an increasingly ambitious and unpredictable live sound, a shift Winter has attributed to the band's live setup finally coming together during the recording of Projector.
The band has continued to perform behind Getting Killed, including appearances on Saturday Night Live and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and has been working on new material with producer Kenny Beats, though the band has said the project remains in its early stages.
