Gianmarco Soresi
Gianmarco Vincent Soresi is an American stand-up comedian and actor born August 20, 1988, in Potomac, Maryland, to an Italian father and a Jewish mother. He attended Georgetown Day School and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theater from the University of Miami in 2011 before moving to New York to pursue acting and comedy.

About Gianmarco Soresi
He began performing stand-up in 2016, developing an observational and satirical style that draws on everyday life, internet culture, American politics, and Jewish identity. His first special, Shelf Life (2020), was cited by NPR as a recommended comedy special, and his special Thief of Joy was released on YouTube in September 2025.
Soresi has appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Late Show with James Corden, was named a Just for Laughs New Face in 2022, and appeared on Netflix's Verified Stand-Up in 2023. As an actor, he has had supporting roles in the film Hustlers (2019) and the television series The Last O.G. and Blue Bloods.
He co-hosts The Downside with Gianmarco Soresi, an interview-based comedy podcast produced by Headgum with actor Russell Daniels, and is a member of the sketch comedy group Uncle Function.
