Hollywood Undead
Hollywood Undead is an American rap rock and nu metal band formed in Los Angeles in 2005. The group grew out of a MySpace post of the song "Hollywood" (later reworked as "The Kids") by founding members J-Dog, Deuce, and Shady Jeff. The band is known for performing in distinctive hockey goaltender-style masks and using stage pseudonyms, a visual identity it has maintained since its earliest days.

About Hollywood Undead
The current lineup features J-Dog, Funny Man, Johnny 3 Tears, Charlie Scene, and Danny Murillo, with members sharing vocal, guitar, bass, and keyboard duties across the group. Hollywood Undead blends rock, industrial, and rap elements into a sound that helped revive rap rock and nu metal for a new generation of listeners. Its debut album, Swan Songs (2008), was followed by American Tragedy (2011), Notes from the Underground (2013), Day of the Dead (2015), Five (2017), New Empire Vol. 1 & 2 (2020), and Hotel Kalifornia (2022).
The band won Best Crunk/Rock Rap Artist at the 2009 Rock on Request Awards, and its single "Been to Hell" was named among AOL Radio's Top 10 Rock Songs of 2011.
Hollywood Undead has continued to tour and record steadily since its formation, building a dedicated fan base drawn to its masked stage persona and genre-blending sound across nearly two decades of releases.
