Hotline TNT
Hotline TNT is an American rock band formed in 2018 by singer-guitarist Will Anderson, who writes and records all of the band's music before performing it live with a rotating group of musicians. Anderson started the project in New York City after previously playing in other indie bands, including the Vancouver group Weed.

About Hotline TNT
The band's style centers on Anderson's layered, distorted guitar work, often categorized as shoegaze and noise pop. Its debut album, Nineteen in Love (2021), was recorded entirely using GarageBand, while its second, Cartwheel (2023), earned a Best New Music distinction from Pitchfork after Anderson signed to Jack White's label, Third Man Records. A third album, Raspberry Moon, followed in 2025 on the same label.
Anderson self-released Hotline TNT's earliest material before signing to Third Man Records in 2022. He has described the band's live setup, which uses three guitarists to recreate the density of his studio recordings, and has been vocal about avoiding the gear-focused culture common to the shoegaze scene. Anderson has also declined to explain the meaning of the band's name.
Following Raspberry Moon's 2025 release, Hotline TNT removed its catalogue from Spotify later that year, a move Anderson framed as a stand on artist compensation. The band continues to record and perform with Lucky Hunter on guitar, Haylen Trammel on bass and Mike Ralston on drums alongside Anderson.
