Jason Manford
Jason John Manford is an English comedian, singer, presenter and actor born May 26, 1981, in Salford. Raised in a working-class family — his father worked as a courtroom stenographer and NHS trade union shop steward — he built his name on the northern stand-up circuit before reaching national television.

About Jason Manford
Manford gained wide recognition as a team captain on Channel 4's 8 Out of 10 Cats from 2007 to 2010 and went on to present shows including The One Show, A Question of Sport: Super Saturday and Unbeatable, as well as judging ITV's Starstruck and hosting the 2020 Royal Variety Performance. He also released the album A Different Stage in 2017 and had a UK top-two single with "Assembly Bangers" in 2022.
Alongside television, Manford has performed in West End musicals including Sweeney Todd, The Producers, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Wizard of Oz, and continues to tour stand-up shows such as Turning into My Dad and Like Me. He currently hosts the quiz show The Answer Run and is set to appear in the UK premiere of Something Rotten! in 2026.
