Muse are an English rock band formed in Teignmouth, Devon, in 1994 by Matthew Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard. They are known for Bellamy's soaring falsetto, virtuoso guitar work and a grandiose sound spanning progressive, electronic and symphonic rock.
