The Australian Pink Floyd Show is a Pink Floyd tribute act formed in 1988 in Adelaide, South Australia, by guitarist Lee Smith. The group performed initially under the name Think Floyd before adopting its current name ahead of its 1993 debut in the United Kingdom. Its live shows recreate the staging of Pink Floyd's later world tours, using lasers, inflatables and large projection screens alongside a touring band of roughly a dozen musicians and backing vocalists.

About The Australian Pink Floyd Show

The band built its reputation on close replication of Pink Floyd's studio and live arrangements, performing full album sets such as The Dark Side of the Moon alongside broader career retrospectives. It has sold more than four million tickets across performances in around 35 countries. In 2011 it became the first touring act to use stereoscopic 3D projection in its stage show, and in 2013 it toured Eclipsed by the Moon to mark the 40th anniversary of The Dark Side of the Moon.

The show drew early attention from Pink Floyd's own members: guitarist David Gilmour attended a 1994 performance at Fairfield Halls in Croydon, and in 1996 the group performed at Gilmour's 50th birthday celebration. It has since headlined venues including the Royal Albert Hall and appeared at Glastonbury Festival's acoustic stage in 1998.

As of the mid-2020s the touring lineup includes long-serving drummer Paul Bonney and guitarist-vocalist David Domminney Fowler. Keyboardist Jason Sawford, a member since the band's early years, died in January 2025.
