He has released a string of records tracing his development as a guitarist and songwriter, including the EP 10 (2017), the album Aquarius (2021), the covers collection Icons Vol. 1 (2022), and House on Fire (2024). His playing has drawn praise within the blues community, and he was named Young Blues Artist of the Year at the UK Blues Awards in 2018 and received the Bob Harris Emerging Artist Award at the UK Americana Music Awards in 2025.

Lee has built a reputation through high-profile live appearances and collaborations, including performing alongside Ronnie Baker Brooks at the Blues Heaven Festival in Denmark in 2017, sharing the stage with Joe Bonamassa at London's Royal Albert Hall in 2019, and appearing on the BBC's Jools' Annual Hootenanny in 2024 and 2025.
