Windwaker
Windwaker is an Australian metalcore band formed in late 2014 in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, before relocating to Melbourne, Victoria, in April 2015. The band takes its name from the 2003 Legend of Zelda video game The Wind Waker. The lineup comprises vocalist Liam Guinane, guitarist Justin Keurntjes, bassist Indey Salvestro, drummer Chris Lalic, and Connor Robins on keyboards and programming.

About Windwaker
The band released the EPs Fade (2017) and Empire (2019) before its debut studio album, Love Language, in 2022. A second album, HYPERVIOLENCE, followed in 2024 and produced the single "Sirens," which drew tens of millions of streams; a third full-length is scheduled for October 2026 through Civilians and Fearless Records. Windwaker's sound combines metalcore with alternative, pop, punk, electronic, and hip-hop elements, built around dynamic vocal shifts and stadium-scale hooks.
The band has toured alongside Motionless in White, I Prevail, Beartooth, and Caskets, and its music has been covered by outlets including NME and Ones to Watch; the trade outlet Distorted Sound rated HYPERVIOLENCE a perfect score on release. Guinane has described the group's approach as a rock band built from eclectic, genre-crossing influences.
