Every summer, the Jules Noël sports centre in the 14th arrondissement transforms into a free open-air leisure base as part of the Paris en Seine programme. From early July to mid-August, visitors can enjoy a 15-by-10-metre swimming pool with a solarium, changing rooms, and showers — all at no cost.
