Freya Ridings
Freya Ridings is an English singer-songwriter born 18 April 1994 in London. Raised in the Palmers Green area of north London, she is the daughter of actor-musician Richard Ridings, known for voicing Daddy Pig in the children's series Peppa Pig. She learned guitar from her father and trained at the BRIT School, whose alumni include Adele and Amy Winehouse, from age sixteen.

About Freya Ridings
Ridings, who has dyslexia, began writing songs around age nine and started releasing music in 2016. Her 2017 single "Lost Without You" became a top-ten hit on the UK Singles Chart and was later certified triple platinum after gaining wider popularity through television use in 2018.
Her self-titled debut album (2019) reached number three on the UK Albums Chart and included the single "Castles," her first international breakthrough, alongside the EP You Mean the World to Me. She received a BRIT Award nomination for British Female Solo Artist in 2020.
Ridings released her second album, Blood Orange, in 2023, continuing a piano- and guitar-driven style that blends pop, folk and soul, with a third album, Mother of Pearl, following in 2026.
