About I See Stars
The group signed to Sumerian Records in 2008 and became known for electronicore, a fusion of metalcore's heavy guitar work with electronic and dance production, layered with elements of post-hardcore, pop-punk and emo. Their albums include 3-D (2009), The End of the World Party (2011), Digital Renegade (2012), New Demons (2013) and Treehouse (2016).
The band underwent lineup changes in 2015, including the departures of guitarist Jimmy Gregerson and keyboardist Zach Johnson, before entering an extended hiatus. I See Stars returned in 2024 with the single "Split" and released their sixth studio album, The Wheel, in September 2025, resuming live performances after a seven-year break from touring.
