Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are a professional American football franchise that traces its origin to January 1953, when the club was established in Baltimore, Maryland, inheriting the lineage of the earlier Dallas Texans and, before that, the Dayton Triangles of 1913. The team relocated to Indianapolis in 1984 after thirty-one seasons in Baltimore.

About Indianapolis Colts
The franchise won NFL championships in 1958, 1959 and 1968 while based in Baltimore, then captured Super Bowl V following the 1970 season and Super Bowl XLI following the 2006 season. The Colts have also claimed nine AFC South division titles between 2003 and 2014 and count 22 Pro Football Hall of Famers among their alumni, including quarterbacks Johnny Unitas and Peyton Manning.
Manning anchored the offense from 1998 to 2010, and Andrew Luck led the team from 2012 to 2018 following Manning's departure. Notable coaches across the franchise's history include Weeb Ewbank and Don Shula in Baltimore, and Tony Dungy, who guided the team to its 2006-season Super Bowl win.
The Colts play under head coach Shane Steichen; the franchise finished the 2024 season at 8-9 and missed the playoffs, leaving its all-time record at 572-519-8. Ownership passed to Carlie Irsay-Gordon, who became principal owner and CEO in 2025 following the death of her father, longtime owner Jim Irsay.
