Knocked Loose is an American hardcore band formed in Oldham County, Kentucky, in 2013, initially under the name Manipulator, by vocalist Bryan Garris, guitarist Isaac Hale, bassist Kevin Otten, and drummer Dylan Isaacs. The band signed to Pure Noise Records, and its current lineup adds rhythm guitarist Nicko Calderon and drummer Kevin Pacsun Kaine.

About Knocked Loose

The band's sound sits between hardcore punk, metalcore, and beatdown hardcore, drawing on influences such as Meshuggah, Gojira, and Harm's Way. Its discography includes the albums Laugh Tracks (2016), A Different Shade of Blue (2019), and You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To (2024), along with the 2021 EP A Tear in the Fabric of Life, which incorporated death metal elements to wide critical acclaim.

You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To topped the UK Hard Rock & Metal chart, and its single Suffocate, featuring Poppy, earned the band a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards. The group performed the song on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in November 2024, bringing hardcore music to a mainstream television audience.
