Scene Queen
Scene Queen is the stage name of Hannah Collins, an American musician based in Los Angeles who created bimbocore, a subgenre that layers hyperfeminine, Y2K-influenced imagery and pop hooks over metalcore breakdowns and trap-influenced production. Collins moved to Los Angeles to study music business, left the program to focus on songwriting, and built an audience on TikTok before signing to Hopeless Records in 2021.

About Scene Queen
Bimbocore is built around reclaiming stereotypes typically used to dismiss women in alternative music, pairing hypersexual, tongue-in-cheek lyrics with heavy instrumentation. Songs such as "Pink Rover" and "Pink Panther" (2022) established the style, while "18+" and "MILF" (2023) pushed the project's commentary on sexual misconduct and gatekeeping within the scene further into the open. Her debut EPs, Bimbocore and Bimbocore Vol. 2, both arrived in 2022.
Collins released her debut studio album, Hot Singles in Your Area, through Hopeless Records in 2024, and followed it with the single "Finger" the same year. She also created Bimbo Beta Pi, a fan community tied to her shows aimed at fans, including those from small towns, who describe feeling isolated in alternative music scenes. A follow-up EP, Metalicious, is slated for 2026.
