Trivium
Trivium is an American heavy metal band formed in 1999 in Orlando, Florida. The group's longtime lineup centers on vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy, who has fronted the band since its founding, alongside guitarist Corey Beaulieu, who joined in 2003, and bassist Paolo Gregoletto, who joined in 2004. Drummer Alex Rüdinger joined the band in October 2025.

About Trivium
Trivium's sound draws on metalcore, thrash metal, progressive metal and melodic death metal, combining Heafy's clean singing with harsh vocals across a catalog of ten studio albums. The band's 2005 album Ascendancy was named Album of the Year by Kerrang! magazine and helped establish the group internationally, followed by The Crusade (2006), Shogun (2008) and In Waves (2011).
The band continued to record and tour through releases including The Sin and the Sentence (2017) and In the Court of the Dragon (2021), maintaining a following built over more than two decades. Trivium earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Metal Performance for the song "Betrayer" at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019, and won Best International Newcomer at the Kerrang! Awards in 2005 and a Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award in 2006.
The band has sold more than one million albums worldwide and continues to perform live with a setlist spanning its full discography, from early thrash-influenced material to its more melodic later work.
